After one year, if business want to continue suspend, business submit a new application to DPI. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case the business suspension period has not yet expired and the enterprise wants to get back to business, the enterprise submit an application for reopening at least 3 working days in advance from the date it wants to resume operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/ketoaninno.com\/en\/dich-vu\/tai-hoat-dong-truoc-thoi-han\/\">Refer to INNO&#8217;s  Re-opening business service<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>License fee (tax), and tax declaration obligations:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Obligation<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Full-year suspending (From 1<sup> st<\/sup> January to <sup>st<\/sup> December)<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Non-full year suspending<br>(Eg: from 4<sup>th<\/sup> July to 31<sup>st<\/sup> December)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>License fee<\/td><td>Exempt<\/td><td>Must pay because there is activity during the year (time of not suspending business)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Monthly\/quarterly tax return<\/strong><\/td><td>No need to file a declaration<\/td><td>Must submit monthly\/quarterly declarations for the months\/quarters of business activities (not yet submitted for suspension)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Financial Statements and Annual tax finalization<\/strong><\/td><td>No need to file a declaration<\/td><td>Must file because of business activities during the year<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finally, during the business suspension, company should still fulfill tax obligations if have tax debts, do not sign business contracts, and do not issue invoices during this time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7905046876cd475b6da55b42476aef2b\" style=\"color:#5ba3cd\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7905046876cd475b6da55b42476aef2b\" style=\"color:#5ba3cd\" id=\"when-should-you-suspend-your-business-when-should-you-dissolve-your-business\"><strong>When should you suspend your business, when should you dissolve your business?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suspension of business is when an enterprise stops operating, producing and doing business for a certain period of time, then returning to business after the expiration of the suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dissolution of an enterprise is the cessation of operations and existence of an enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">=> Therefore, if you just want to temporarily stop your business for a while and then do business again, you should suspend your business.
